We start with discussing your vision while recognizing the importance or project manaagement and budget. I am hyper organized with years of experience in keeping records of all kinds, how to manage to a timeline, and ensure all the elements of your event move forward.

From budget estimates, to product and provider research, vendor and venue selection, contract and vendor management, logistics, procurement (yes we can do your on-line and in-person shopping for you!), we will help you think of everything. All you need to do is come up with a guest list and pick a great outfit and we can manage the details in the background.

When it's time for the big day, We will help you finalize, coordinate and execute the details of your event flow, manage your vendors, and trouble shoot and problem solve on-site if necessary.

We can help you plan your menu, select the right caterer, and ensure a presentation that works with your theme. From small dinner parties to kids birthday parties to elegant weddings. We will help you plan and execute your vision. Whether it’s a buffet, plated dinner, passed hors d’oeuvres, food-trucks, catered, charcuterie, signature drink, or a custom desert. The aesthetic of your dinning set up sets a tone that will be the talk of the evening.  

We can help you decide what will be best for your special day, work with your caterer, or identify other providers in a number of price ranges to deliver to your specifications. We can even find private chefs for small dinner parties and plated meals for a special night in. All food prep and set up will be COVID friendly. 

Food

Venues & Decor

We will help you decide on an  overall theme, color schemes, flowers (or not), centerpieces (or not), and that most importantly, the location. From your backyard to a grand estate, we will find the perfect venue and decide on the type of decor that best fits your budget. We employ and in house florist for all your floral needs as including grand centerpieces that may or may not include flowers.  We can assist with contract negotiation, and act as your liaison or just help find a few locations you may like.

We can help find vendors that can execute your ideas or come up with design that we can set up for you. Finding the right person for the job is our speciality. Balloon arches, florals, dessert tables, favors, you name it, we can find it or create it for you.

Entertainment

Depending on your overall theme we can help you decide and plan your entertainment agenda and program. We have great relationships with local DJs, dancers, magicians, artists, and other entertainers who may be perfect for your party. Your guests can be entertained by cartoon characters, bubble masters, fortune tellers, and maybe even a caricaturist enjoyed by both adults and children alike. Imaging a bridal shower with a sommelier discussing wines or a chef teaching your guest how to hand make fresh mozzarella. Having some form of entertainment at your event will keep your guests engaged and talking about your event for days!

We can coordinate and secure your paper and related products: invitations, favors, programs, agendas, creative name tags, seating charts, menus, etc., including take-home favors!— 

And what about photographers, videographers, wait staff, bartenders. Do you need these too? We can help you figure it out and find them.
